The Rave was so much fun! It is an urban YA sci-fantasy with advanced tech as well as monsters and monster hunters! I loved that… the plot kept me on my toes and guessing the entire time!

Bought both books for my boys at LA comic con 2022. My son read both books and absolutely loved them. He can’t wait for book three!

Some books are good, some books are great, and then there are books like The Rave—the kind that make you want to personally thank the author for writing them… I had an absolute blast reading this book, and I can’t recommend it enough. Whether you’re new to indie fantasy or a long-time fan, this one should be on your radar. I’ll definitely be recommending it to fellow fantasy lovers for a long time to come—it’s a gem.

It feels rare to see a combination of detailed and provocative world-building combined with a such strong narrative voice, compelling characters, and engaging story. The imagination alone to have conceived of all this is breathtaking. One of the best things I can say is that I genuinely liked spending time in the world created and looked forward to seeing what was going to happen with the characters next.

I cannot wait to get my hands on the second book for this series. Alina is a great main character and the writing in the book is engaging and moves quickly. The plot of the entire book is fluid and it’s over before you know it. Be sure you have a few hours to spare once you pick it up, because it’ll be that long before you convince yourself to put it back down.
